Now that its winter, your hands need a thick cream to keep them moisturized and this Neutrogena norwegian formula hand cream is my favorite. I've been using it for years (in winter). It's very concentrated as you can see in the pic below;-
at the back of it, it says "Immediate and lasting relief. Just a dab of this glycerin-enriched formula instantly relives and protects seriously dry or chapped hands. It leaves hands noticeably softer and smoother." So true!! Its also fragrance free and not sticky.
