I loved this eye make up and I tried doing it today.. So pretty and easy to do

88 Shimmer Palette- Off white shimmer colour لون أووف وايت شيمر

Mac pigment- Dark soul بديله شادو أسود فيه غليتر مثل شادو من ماك Black tied

Mac eyeshadow- Brule لون طبيعي بيجي فاتح

Mac- Feline كحل أسود

Mac-Blacktrack fluidline كحل كريمي أسود

Fake lashes- Duo Glue and FOOD

• Fake lashes!! what can I say? I LOVE THEM! my favs are the ones by nicola from girls aloud!! so natural  i love them; perfect for day or night

• fake lashes e6ali3 il make up
• brings more attention to eyes
• and no look is complete without them
• they can instantly change make up from normal to WOW

wether its just eyeliner and fake lashes or heavy eye make up.. lashes to me are a must!

that being said, you need to have a good glue some thing that will make your lashes stay in place all day

and you dont have to worry about them

I use DUO, its so gooooooood just as good as patex,

 I've tried all the ones they sell in kuwait and they dont come close as good..

 once I have my lashes on i know they will remain on with DUO

the problem is that I cant find it in kuwait! I buy it from MAC counters overseas..

does anyone know if they sell it anywhere here??

, im not on a diet its just that we dont have a cook o mali 5lg klshay a6lb mn mokan :P

Skin Diet- Vitamin C

On TheDoctors TV show, they mentioned that vitamin C brightens the skin and gives it a glow

I also saw that my soskin brightning serum is 20% Vit C

So i googled vitamin C and heres a short sentence:

 Vitamin C plays a crucial role in the formation of collagen, a major component of connective tissue.

= great glowing youthful skin needs alot of vitamin C!!

and I changed my diet ever since! :D

In the morning .. I make sure I drink a FRESH glass of orange juice

and then at lunch or dinner I take my emergen-c sachet of 100mg vitamin C and
24 nutrients with antioxidants * electrolytes * 7 B vitamis

 

 Emergen-C powder and water:

btw it doesnt taste so good but if you drink it daily you'll get used to it + it comes in different flavors, I prefer the bluberry

and as I mentioned yesterday.. through out the day I constantly re-apply my soskin

You can find Emergen-c everywhere in NY.. some places sell it for $12 others $14

My Whole Skin Care Routine..

This is what I use on my face.. If It has a * near the product name it means its prescribed by the DR!!

First I start off the day with the *Soskin cleanser, *Koko toner and *moisturizer I recently posted

And then...

after moisturizing I apply this DERMAdoctor picture porefect.. I got this from Sephora and I only apply it on my nose area and wait for it to dry.. it is somewhat effective and I think you can use this anywhere you have pores you want to minimize

later I apply *Soskin vitamin-C Brightness serum and reapply it throughout the day (always carry it in very my bag and apply every 1-2 hours) and this is my favourite skin care product.

Even though it says brightness I havenot noticed the brightness.. but It actually makes my skin feel so0o0oo0o0o soft!!!

then when Im back home I (cleanse and tone)

then apply a small amount of *retin A..youm o tark!  this peels off a layer of skin and usually makes my cheeks pink af if I have blush on

the next 2 products I use Once a week are;

Biore nose strips

and Dr.brandt microdermabrasion (any scrub)

and whenever my face is peeling alot from the retin-A i apply argan oil

(usually once a week to it acts like a deep moisturizer)

AND THATS IT!!

Simple Yet So Effective!! :D

Again, what works for my skin might not work for yours! Check with a dermatologist!! My DR knows about every product I use even if it wasnt prescribed from him

3 Steps To Beautiful Skin

Theres 3 steps any skin type must do each day in order to get the most of of their skin

which are:

Cleanse:  Im sure everyone cleanses ;p cleansing removes oil, any make up on your face and keeps your skin feeling fresh and clean


Tone :after cleansing your face, fill a cotton with your tonic and then gently pat the cotton on your face.
The toner removes excess oil and impurities.
active ingredients in toners are: salycilic Acid, glycolic acid, witch hazel...


Moisturize: After cleansing and toning your skin, your skin gets a little dry therefore you must moisturize afterwards. People with oily skin skip moisturizer and thats a big common mistaker , for people with oily skin, get an oil-free moisturizer (like the neutrogena ones)

What Im Using (these are all recommended by my DR.):

Cleanser:
Soskin fel cleanser with cucumber

Toner:

this is the KoKo one

Moisturizer:

my moisturizer is a 5al6ah made by my DR that is for my skin type

These are the MUST DO in every skin care, just make sure you find the right products for your skin type.

Hair And Nails

I got 4 new nail polishes yesterday and painted my nails since all the nail salons I wanted to go to were either fully booked or the person I wanted was off.. I got an appointment for today and I'll be leaving after this post ;D but these are my nails from yesterday Im calling them macintosh nails ;P

No more laser for me ;(

A few days ago I went for my laser appointment at royale hayat and I was telling the nurse about my dermatologist and the medications im using wla she just realizes Im on Roaccutane :/

I wrote it in the fill out form they gave me on day 1!!! dam u dont read it why give it to us???

The nurse told me she didnt see the roaccutane part o that I cant do laser o nadatli the dermatologist that works in the cosmosurge area and he further explained why I shouldn't do laser;

 because theres a possiblity of skin pigmentation.. getting hmmmm I dont know how to explain but ili y9ier shakla chinna bara9 (white spots on the skin)!

 AND I wont be able do laser ila after 4 months (min.) from the day I stop taking the Roaccutane!! :(

Body foundations..

I don't get why some ladies wear body foundation. 

Theres so many reasons why I think its better not to apply it:

1) it usually doesn't match your skin tone making your skin look grey / achla7

2) when you sweat, your skin looks patchy

3)your dress will be covered in make up

imagine the view of your underarm area while you dance and lift your arms up ... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
