Todays episode of the Doctors was very intresting and very informative as usual. For those who didnt watch it, they said that if you do remove a black head, get it removed proffesionally and if your going to put those blackhead remover strips over your nose, when you remove it apply a cream that has salicylic acid also known as Beta Hydroxy Acid(BHA).
If you dont have a product that does contain salicylic acid, just take 1 aspirin and add 1 spoon of water then apply the mixture to your face.
