Boots expert nail strength solution is a clear gel, you apply it alone or before applying your nail polish..
They recommend using it twice a week..

Apply when its that time of the month... Or when your going out to a party o gona put on nailpolish.. its not something you put daily

I use nail envy by opi, and now I'm trying shellac !
i noticed that essie nailpolish really destroys the nails !
I try to avoid them as much as I can, which can be hard sometimes because they have wonderful colours.
