Anyone these days can look perfect

Starting off with these things that you can either just glue /clip/ wear and remove by the end of the night.. They ALL make a huge differance in the way you look

•  Hair extensions; for length, volume .. lovely hair is important and can boost confidence alot!

Skin Diet- Vitamin C

On TheDoctors TV show, they mentioned that vitamin C brightens the skin and gives it a glow

I also saw that my soskin brightning serum is 20% Vit C

So i googled vitamin C and heres a short sentence:

 Vitamin C plays a crucial role in the formation of collagen, a major component of connective tissue.

= great glowing youthful skin needs alot of vitamin C!!

and I changed my diet ever since! :D

In the morning .. I make sure I drink a FRESH glass of orange juice

and then at lunch or dinner I take my emergen-c sachet of 100mg vitamin C and
24 nutrients with antioxidants * electrolytes * 7 B vitamis

 

 Emergen-C powder and water:

btw it doesnt taste so good but if you drink it daily you'll get used to it + it comes in different flavors, I prefer the bluberry

and as I mentioned yesterday.. through out the day I constantly re-apply my soskin

You can find Emergen-c everywhere in NY.. some places sell it for $12 others $14

My Whole Skin Care Routine..

This is what I use on my face.. If It has a * near the product name it means its prescribed by the DR!!

First I start off the day with the *Soskin cleanser, *Koko toner and *moisturizer I recently posted

And then...

after moisturizing I apply this DERMAdoctor picture porefect.. I got this from Sephora and I only apply it on my nose area and wait for it to dry.. it is somewhat effective and I think you can use this anywhere you have pores you want to minimize

later I apply *Soskin vitamin-C Brightness serum and reapply it throughout the day (always carry it in very my bag and apply every 1-2 hours) and this is my favourite skin care product.

Even though it says brightness I havenot noticed the brightness.. but It actually makes my skin feel so0o0oo0o0o soft!!!

then when Im back home I (cleanse and tone)

then apply a small amount of *retin A..youm o tark!  this peels off a layer of skin and usually makes my cheeks pink af if I have blush on

the next 2 products I use Once a week are;

Biore nose strips

and Dr.brandt microdermabrasion (any scrub)

and whenever my face is peeling alot from the retin-A i apply argan oil

(usually once a week to it acts like a deep moisturizer)

AND THATS IT!!

Simple Yet So Effective!! :D

Again, what works for my skin might not work for yours! Check with a dermatologist!! My DR knows about every product I use even if it wasnt prescribed from him

3 Steps To Beautiful Skin

Theres 3 steps any skin type must do each day in order to get the most of of their skin

which are:

Cleanse:  Im sure everyone cleanses ;p cleansing removes oil, any make up on your face and keeps your skin feeling fresh and clean


Tone :after cleansing your face, fill a cotton with your tonic and then gently pat the cotton on your face.
The toner removes excess oil and impurities.
active ingredients in toners are: salycilic Acid, glycolic acid, witch hazel...


Moisturize: After cleansing and toning your skin, your skin gets a little dry therefore you must moisturize afterwards. People with oily skin skip moisturizer and thats a big common mistaker , for people with oily skin, get an oil-free moisturizer (like the neutrogena ones)

What Im Using (these are all recommended by my DR.):

Cleanser:
Soskin fel cleanser with cucumber

Toner:

this is the KoKo one

Moisturizer:

my moisturizer is a 5al6ah made by my DR that is for my skin type

These are the MUST DO in every skin care, just make sure you find the right products for your skin type.

Hair Products

I had an interesting conversation with a staff member working at John Freida named Sean who was telling me a few of his favourite hair products and places that sell them (all at A B C carpet on 19th St. ;p) .. 

He also told me things like Moroccan oils main ingredient is argan oil and thats thats what makes magic to our hair and instead if buying Moroccan oil I should buy pure products like pure arjan or pure nsait ism the other oil he recommended, he said Geisha's use it and its made in japan..

Eskimo Kids- Dietary Supplements

A while back, I read on ba6alah.wordpress.com how omega 3 can improve memory

so I decided to buy my supplements, I chose Eskimo kids (liquid form with tutti-frutti taste)

What was I thinking moment

Looking back at old pictures of me I remembered that I used to stick on fake moles lol.

The funny thing was that they would fall off when I'm out and I'd stick them back on again as if nothing happened!

Procedure:

I filled my feet massager with water and added a few drops of snow fairy by lush

After 15 mins, I removed dead skin using my ped egg

Exfoliated using MAC volcanic ash exfoliator

Applied BeYu 306 nail polish, made a mess and cleaned it afterwards

Applied Bliss rosemary + lemon softning foot balm and massage it in

Covered my foot with bliss softening socks (they contain paraffin in them and you can use them up to 50 times)

So I went today and complained and told them I only want a few questions answered for a uni project that should be submitted by the end of this month!! ... They gave me an appointment this week!! YaY

The Truth Behind Kryolan

The salon I work at gives alot of make up classes and if I have nothing to do I just go sit in the class or join as an assistant. A FAQ there from the students is "why does this salon and most kuwaiti artists use krayolan?" They usually reply with its the best or it screen makeup or something mn hal 6agga. Y3ni they make it sound like Kryolan is sooo good or something. But I honestly hate Kryolan! I dont hate hate it :/ but its ok. It has good products but there are products that are way better from other brands.


So why do kuwaiti artists use kryolan? Well its because Krayolan doesn't have a real store. Its not like MAC where MAC can only be sold at its MAC shop or MUFE and those things where you can only find them in make up places. Kryolan isn't like that, any artist can bring it to her salon nfs a shop, they get tester stands and products (which are used on you) and then you might buy the products from them later so that way the artist is getting the products for free and then you buy it from her if you like it.

My first make up stuff was all from Krayolan because before I used to see pics of celebritys and for example the makeup artist was Alaa2 Dashty, I'd go ask her what did you use on her lips or whatever and she would show me the products and I would buy them.

Another Example would be my favorite Artist Bassam Fattouh. He always uses Clarins now because he has been given the clarins stand (mwjod awal ma tdshon his salon) o he gets paid for using it. Im sure if you'd ask him whats the best brand, he would tell you Clarins!

Its all about business.

Worst Make-Up Mistake and Lips

Girls.. DONT OVERLINE YOUR LIPS its ugly!!!!

I've been seeing alot of overlined lips lately!!! No it doesn't looks sexy or whatever you think it is! dont do it :/

If you don't know what I mean, you can look at J-lo's pic (below) and even though she might not be the best example (actually shes not a good example but I hope you know what I mean) bs thats the only one I found on the net. I see so much worse than this every day.

First thing is that I dont think everyone looks best with full lips. For example a3rf wa7da she always overlines her lips and even though it isn't that obvious that she's over lining, she looks so much better with her natural lip shape, it suits her face more.

Anyway, there are 2 ways you MIGHT be able to get away with a natural looking big/plump look effect

1) Do not define them with lipliner and just stick to a clear/rosey gloss and if you want them more plumped add a dab of glitter in the center

2) apply lipliner all over the lip and put a MATTE lipstick on top




over lined lips with gloss is 100% NO NO

1 more thing.. those lip plumping glosses are useless I just love the tingly feeling some give like the Model Co. one.
