I just got back from my 1st laser session at Royale Hayat.
I posted a few days ago that I did the patch test and I had no allergies, everything was ok . So today I went back for my appointment.
First, as soon as I got there I asked about all the prices for you girls ;p and prices are fixed they do not decrease with time
Full leg = KD 85
Full arms = KD 68
Underarm = KD 20
Full Bikini = KD 45
Face = KD 35
Neck = KD 10
Back = KD 45
Tummy = KD 30
OK, so I was there on time and went into my room IMMEDIATELY there was 0 waiting time.
The laser machine is called ND if you want to search and read more about it. (Its the same laser the used/talked about on THE DOCTORS show)
They used the standard laser settings on me because it was my first time, she told me next time they will increase the level and for the first time there is only 10% hair deduction.
Also this laser is the type that hair comes back within a week and then falls off again 2 weeks after.
The laser did not hurt at all maybe thats because they're using the standard settings? but the nurse said I have strong pain tolerance and maybe cuz im used to lasers. It was a little ticklish in some areas :P she said Im the first to say that so I don't know how you'll feel ;p
Yea, Its also better to shave the area you want to do 2-3 days before the session so that theirs no cuts or anything in your skin.
Overall so far so good there was 1 problem though!!@@
Since I did more than one area, at the end the machine was so hot it stopped working. So I recommend doing like 1 thing at a time like go today do your arms maybe next week your legs etc.. don't wait for hair to grow and do everything in the same day.
Oh and BTW they have only 3 laser rooms but they're so organized that even with all these people, you never have to wait and you can get an appointment within the same week.
And i'm not sure about the getting an appointment online, I'm going to try it and see how that works next time ;D
