Helloo All.. First Id like to say sorry cuz im veryyy busy these days "wedding season" I'll do an update sooooon about everything thats going on ;D

White and go is a tooth whitening pen.. I posted about it about a month ago but I was hesitant to try it, when I asked the pharmacy about it they told me it was sold out anyway ;x

Today I visited my dermatologist again and while I was at the pharmacy, I saw the pen! and Im going to give it a try

I go to to Soho more than 1 day and I always miss some streets! a good way to make sure you covered the whole area is to take a map and cross every street as you walk through it!

My lovely friend just told me about this fun site which I had to post and 

share about.

The thing that I loved most is the "my plate" section

Basically, every time you eat you log in and say what you ate, 

how much of it and at what time.. 

Then it tells you how many calories you ate at each meal 

etc..
